Use the next rank you actually see
Read the current Career panel and identify the displayed next role. A Banking entry-rank requirement from an old report should not be copied into every rank or career.
The later Banking note displayed Branch Manager with 100% performance and Charisma 3 after the first promotion. The next promotion was not completed in that evidence set.
Create a gap-based checklist
Enter your current readings into the promotion tool. It compares the numbers you enter; it cannot read your game, determine work eligibility or grant a promotion.
Choose the next step from the gap
A satisfied skill condition means that further practice is not needed for that displayed threshold. It can still be an optional goal for another reason.
| Current gap | Useful next check |
|---|---|
| Skill below requirement | Inspect a route for that named skill |
| Skill ready; performance short | Inspect the next legal work entrance |
| Both displayed targets ready | Read Career and the completed settlement for a real change |
| Work unavailable | Record the restriction and defer the shift attempt |
Check a promotion as a separate result
The reviewed full shift recorded Marketer Level 1 becoming Relationship Officer Level 2. A completed result supports that one promotion; it does not make a threshold checklist a guarantee.
After a role change, read the new requirements before keeping the old training plan. A successful checklist should evolve with the panel rather than repeat old targets.
Should I aim for a maximum level now?
Use the next visible requirement first. The reviewed reports do not establish a fixed number of days or shifts to maximum rank.
What if a calculator says ready but the rank stays the same? Its result only compares your entered thresholds. Check eligibility and settlement rather than treating the output as a game action.
Sources & dates
Check what each source records. A menu label and a completed playtest are different kinds of evidence.
