Find the missing condition first

The earlier Banking state already had Charisma above its displayed entry-rank requirement while performance remained short. More speech practice was not needed to meet that named skill gate.

Later, the displayed Branch Manager requirement changed to Charisma 3. Read your own current panel before deciding which threshold matters now.

Use the skill name to locate practice

The published speech route was Standing Mirror → Practice Speech. The Coding route was Laptop Desk → Practice Coding. These are dated entry routes, not universal training rates.

3. Step 3Check the relevant owned item before purchasing.
4. Step 4Inspect its current practice action and restriction.
5. Step 5Read the completed result and stop treating extra levels as mandatory.

A menu effect is a lead to inspect

Evening News displayed +Charisma but the tested level stayed at 3. Experience within the level was not measured, so this was neither a guaranteed level gain nor proof of no experience.

Separate the item from the free action

A free practice action on an owned item does not make the item itself free. The published mirror and desk purchase charges occurred on placement.

If the necessary item is not owned, compare its current price with the goal and your budget. Avoid buying another item simply to reproduce another character’s training result.

A later level crossing is one result

The newer home-activity note recorded Afrobeats Music Videos moving Music from 3 to 4 and free Practice Coding moving Coding from 2 to 3. These add actual action results beyond earlier menu-only TV observations.

They do not establish one level per viewing or practice. Use your present goal and progress, keep capped needs and unmeasured experience in view, and do not claim those newer levels were retained after reload.

How many practices will I need?

The observations did not establish a fixed count from a fresh character. Starting experience and current requirements matter, so read progress after each chosen action.

Should I train beyond the gate for later ranks? That is a separate planning preference. Do not present it as necessary for the current displayed promotion.
