Define the achievement narrowly
A promotion, wish completion or skill change is easier to verify when the completed action and result are named. A whole-session “win” can contain unrelated purchases and unresolved changes.
The reviewed Banking achievement included a promotion and wage receipt, then one retained role-and-income comparison after reload. That is a useful limited result.
Write a result card
Use only the relevant differences in a public summary. Full wallet balances, private player details and raw account logs are unnecessary to describe an achievement.
Keep the evidence layers visible
A later passing check adds evidence for its own action. It does not erase an earlier failed save window involving a different activity.
| Layer | Example |
|---|---|
| Completed result | Role changed in the settlement window |
| Retained field | That role matched after one Continue |
| Limit | Other devices and future sessions not tested |
| Separate issue | Older laptop rollback remains unresolved |
Look for what was not measured
An unchanged level does not establish zero experience, and a one-point need decrease does not diagnose a rollback. Time and refresh effects were not isolated in those comparisons.
Do not recommend repeated paid actions or character resets as a way to reproduce a problem. A focused existing result can be documented without creating more risk or spending.
Does one retained achievement prove saving works?
It proves the named comparison passed once. Reliability across other actions, devices and interruptions requires different evidence.
What if the achievement is missing later? Keep the relevant private date and differences, pause additional spending and use the provider’s help for account-specific recovery.
Sources & dates
Check what each source records. A menu label and a completed playtest are different kinds of evidence.
